Many of the employers who participate in the WSP program provide accommodation for students. This might be a small basic room. Bathrooms are sometimes shared with other workers and you might live in the same room or apartment as other workers.

If you need to search for your own accommodation you can ask your employer for help. There are also several resources available on the web.

Carefully review your contract to see if your employer offers accommodation. When in doubt, it is best to contact the employer directly to discuss housing arrangements.

Meals
You will be responsible for your own meals. However, some employers will offer you meals as part of your job offer. This is more likely the case if you work in a restaurant or a guest house. Some employers will deduct part of your salary to pay for the meals, but in most instances, this is a very small amount compared to what you may have spent purchasing your own food.
