Once students have returned from Germany they need to send the Arbeitsbestätigung and the Evaluation form back to the WSP office in Canada in order to be eligible for a subsidy.

You will need to send in one copy of each of the following forms:

Arbeitsbestaetigung
The Arbeitsbestätigung needs to be signed and stamped by your employer, including the dates you worked there. Forms indicating that you worked less than 8 weeks or that do not have an official stamp from your employer cannot be considered.

Evaluation
The evaluation form is for you to complete. In order to help us plan the next year better we ask you to write additional comments on the back or an extra page.

Both forms need to arrive at the WSP office before the deadline on September 15th.
